June was a solid month for my online business. Affiliate income and consulting income are up, and I’m happy to state that I’m now utilizing AI more in my business to grow my websites, or at least attempt to.
Other than that, we’ve been hard at work on projects outside of online business and things are going very well there. While I will not be reporting on those projects as it’s not related to my online business, it’s been nice to watch the skills I’ve learned with online business ownership transfer seamlessly into my new endeavors.
The biggest positive this month: Affiliate income had a nice jump from the prior month and while I’m not sure how July will do because of the holiday, I was happy to see an increase.
The biggest negative this month: I’ve noticed some negative traffic fluctuations as of late on my sites. I don’t even care nor panic much anymore because it seems that this changes so often it’s not worth being concerned over.
Here are the numbers behind my business for the month:
- Revenue: $16,950 (This includes revenue from all sources)
- Expenses : $5,304 (This only includes business expenses. I no longer include my own pay, healthcare expenses, or 401k investments here as it’s all a distribution of revenue that no one else reports on either)
- Net Income: $11,646

Personal Life Update
June was a chill month. We didn’t have any visitors and spent much of the time focused on our other business. Other than that, our 14-month-old is still growing bigger, talking more every day, and making each moment much more exciting than it would be otherwise.
That’s all for the personal update.

I’m doing this for a number of reasons:
1) I strive to be transparent about what it takes to make money online.
2) These reports help me keep track of my own progress.
3) These reports hold me accountable.
Keep in mind, I don’t create these to gloat about my earnings. I create them to help you understand the true “earning curve” of online business.
On a side note, I don’t disclose my actual website URL’s on my reports because I’ve had bad experiences with copycats in the past.

Project Updates
Udemy Update
I don’t focus on Udemy any longer, but I have made money from them every month since I stopped.
OHP Website
I started to put a little more effort into the OHP site this month to make sure that it continues to grow. The two things I’ve focused on are;
- Revising content more frequently
- Creating 1-2 pieces of content per week
The OHP site has dropped again in traffic, but revenue continues to climb, which is quite interesting. I’m not in a panic about this as I’ve still maintained rankings in my revenue-producing posts.
PLAN: I will continue to create content twice a week for the site along with (attempting) to revise the site content of pages that generate the most revenue.

Website 6
Traffic dropped by almost 10% for the month, but weirdly total earnings dropped 89%. I’m not in a panic, but this isn’t a good trend and my hope is that it will fix itself in the next month.
PLAN: For now, we’re going to let this site sit and see what happens organically with Google.
Website 8
This site was flat MoM for traffic, but earnings decreased by 67%. This site made $86 for the month, which was a big drop from the previous month, but I think it could bounce back without intervention.
PLAN: No future plans for the site, I just want to let it sit and see what happens.

Website 10
While clicks and traffic were maintained reasonably well, there were no commissions this month for the site. I feel like it was just a down month and things will pick back up in time, but we’ll see.
I did publish 50 AI-assisted articles for this site this month as well. I haven’t seen many positives for this yet, but we’ll see in the next month how that goes.
PLAN: I’m continuing to publish 2 articles per week on this site and will continue to do so in the future.
Website 11
This site is slowly climbing with traffic and looks to be a good opportunity in the future so long as AI SERPs don’t crush the niche.
PLAN: As of now, I’ll let this site sit. But I definitely think there is some potential here.
Website 12
This site also continues to climb in traffic and while earnings aren’t there yet, this site is primed to utilize display ads to earn. I don’t want to test placements yet, but I think I may end up doing that in the coming months.
PLAN: This is a great site for AI-assisted writing and I intend on utilizing it at scale to see how well the site can do. I haven’t yet sat down and hired an individual for this, but I think it’s very well worth it and am excited to see what will happen.
OneHourProfessor YouTube Channel
The OneHourProfessor YouTube channel continues to plug along, and will sit for the near-term.
PLAN: Things still on hold here. I’m still not entirely sure on plans, though I do know I’d like to get back on to YouTube at some point.
