November was another solid month and I’m happy with the results. There were quite a few headaches I had to deal with that slowed down my progress on some things, but it’s necessary for the long-term success of my business. I’ll get into it within the report, but there are quite a few things to unwrap in this one.
This month my total income after expenses was $16,357 which comes out to $545 per day.

Personal Life Update
Personal life has been uneventful as of late. My wife and I are basically sheltering in place like much of the country. We did take some time this last month to finish painting/remodeling our basement. It’s a pretty sweet setup. We have a big gym down there now, a game room, a sewing area for my wife, and an extra bedroom for guests.
I still need to paint the bedroom and I’ve been too lazy to do it, but once that is done our house is pretty much completed on the inside. The last thing we’ll have to do is the backyard, but we’re going to hire others for that one.

I’m doing this for a number of reasons:
1) I strive to be transparent about what it takes to make money online.
2) These reports help me keep track of my own progress.
3) These reports hold me accountable.
Keep in mind, I don’t create these to gloat about my earnings. I create them to help you understand the true “earning curve” of online business.
On a side note, I don’t disclose my actual website URL’s on my reports because I’ve had bad experiences with copycats in the past.

Project Updates
Website 1
- My website stopped collecting emails halfway through the month due to an outdated there. Though it was a mess, we transitioned the whole site to Thrive Theme Builder and now it’s faster, cleaner, and has many more things I can do on the backend to customize it.
- Traffic decreased another 15% this month and that’s three months in a row of declining traffic. This is a big problem at the moment and one I’m going to work to rectify by revising much of the content I have
- EPM Increased again and now I’m making just over $95/1000 visitors to this site. Though it’s very profitable, with traffic declining, I need to get this fixed.
- PLAN: For now, I’m going to focus on the OHP site and revising content on this site to the most visited pages in the past. My goal is to grow this thing back to what it was previously and improve rankings to important content.

OHP Website Update
- Added 3 blog articles written by a freelancer I hired. I’ve been working to outline the content and be the editor as opposed to the writer for this. So far, so good.
- Second best month ever and I think this will climb as I continue to revise content on the site.
- Most pageviews ever for the fourth month in a row.
- Referring domains still growing. Mostly due to guest posting and some links I’m getting from content.
- EPM dropped to $74 which is still solid. Dropped a bit from last month, but I will bring it up again soon I think with early rankings I’m seeing for content.
- PLAN: Continue guest posting and growing the brand. I’ve had a LOT of praise for my free IGNITION course and many people are joining daily, which is SUPER encouraging to me.

- No new content published and no revisions underway.
- Another good income month. Completely passive, I’ve done nothing for months on this site and should probably start working on it again soon.
- PLAN: An EPM of $16 is solid and I think this will continue for some time. I will have to revisit this site at some point, but as of now I’m going to let it sit.

- EPM is highest it’s ever been, second month in a row. This site is fully on Ezoic and the holidays are here, so I think that’s why.

Lessons Learned

- YouTube channel are absolutely a possible business model. Highly recommend you check out this free webinar if interested.
- Earnings fluctuate from time to time with smaller sites and there is little rhyme or reason why.
